Join Amy to learn about the stress-health connection and self-care practices you can implement into your daily life. We will cover meditation, yoga, pranayama, and other practices to get you started right away! All materials are included, along with Sunday morning Bhavana Flow (a 75 minute yoga class) and a light veggie lunch to wrap up our time together on Sunday.
